Corporate Stays Announces Its Expansion to the South Shore of Montreal
MONTREAL, March 12, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Corporate Stays is pleased to announce the opening of its newest Signature Collection building: Lumeo, in Brossard. This acquisition marks the company's expansion to the South Shore of Montreal. It’s the first time Corporate Stays acquires units in an area outside of Montreal’s downtown core.
In the newly-constructed, 9-storey building, Corporate Stays has acquired 12 units which will be fully furnished by Casa Suarez, and available for rent in April 2019. Lumeo is located in the Solar Uniquartier of Brossard, an area within the Quartier Dix30. Dix30 is considered Canada's first lifestyle centre and offers a unique way of living that integrates housing complexes, offices, services, local shops, large green spaces, and cycling paths. Lumeo is also located near several schools and will be serviced by the future REM, as well as by bus services.
