TUSTIN, Calif., March 2, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Star Refrigeration Ltd, UK and Controlled Environments Construction, Inc US (CEC) announce the signing of a joint venture forming Controlled Azane Refrigeration, Inc. This agreement was signed on Jan. 25, 2018.
Rick Loesel, refrigerated and frozen food industry veteran, President, CEO of the new company notes the mission of the venture “is dedicated to being the leading provider of Low Charge Ammonia Refrigeration Systems in North America.”

Gary Guesman, President of CEC, is leveraging the experience they’ve gained over the past 25 years in the Cold Storage Construction industry and the past four years dealing specifically with low charge ammonia refrigeration. This includes the development and implementation of the largest low charge ammonia system in a cold storage warehouse in the United States.
