Complete Probe Solutions Inc. Acquires Electroglas IP License From FormFactor

Online, November 14, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Complete Probe Solutions today announced that it has acquired the license to manufacture and sell all prober products that are covered by Electroglas™ Intellectual Property rights. This establishes CPS as an authorized manufacturer and seller of Electroglas™ probers , upgrade kits and spare parts. It also gives CPS access to a worldwide base of suppliers, from which it is authorized to purchase genuine Electroglas™ components, assemblies and spares.

All Electroglas IP was transferred to FormFactor (FFI), when it purchased the bulk of Electroglas Inc. in October of 2009. The IP license granted to CPS, includes Electroglas™ drawings, schematics and manufacturing methods, vendor lists and all current versions of prober operating software.
