JACKSONVILLE, Fla., August 14, 2017 (Newswire.com) - CompassMSP, a leading provider of enterprise quality managed services for the SMB market, announced today that Thomas (Tom) Praschak has been appointed as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Praschak comes to CompassMSP with over 25 years of experience in building and leading service businesses in the technology and telecom markets. Most recently, he was President and CEO at Strategic Products & Services (SPS), a global, multivendor communication and networking managed services provider.
Throughout his career, Praschak has helped companies build client-centric operations and successfully transition them into solution and managed service providers. Prior to SPS, he served as the Vice President, Service Operations of Dimension Data, a $6bn information and communications technology firm, where he led the build-out and operation of service delivery in North and South America. He has also held leadership roles at DecisionOne, Marconi, and Lucent Technologies after starting his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
