New Veterinarian Joins Companion Animal Hospital of Wakefield Veterinary Practice
Wake Forest, N.C., September 5, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Companion Animal Hospital of Wakefield is pleased to welcome Dr. Chris Kelly to the practice. Originally from a small town in upstate New York, he earned an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Science and licensure as a Veterinary Technician. In 1998 he moved to North Carolina and worked as a Veterinary Technician in a mixed small animal and equine practice for 10 years. During that time he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science at North Carolina State University and in 2009 received a doctorate degree from NC State’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Since then Dr. Kelly has been practicing in the Cary and North Raleigh areas. He has special interests in internal medicine, especially feline diabetes, as well as canine and feline dentistry.
