Two of the shows take a behind the scenes look at Tech CEO/Founders and Chief Information Officers and Chief Technology Officers of technology driven organizations. In the show, they dig deep into the guests' beliefs, habits, routines and influences. The third show is focused on curating unique influencers, in and outside of tech, that provide fresh perspectives to their quickly growing community of tech leaders.

The shows started with Jeff Martin's interest in telling the stories of these leaders and providing a place for others to learn from their experiences. I just wanted to find a way to share their stories," says Martin, also the producer and host of the shows. Martin explains he did not expect the shows to take off as fast as they have thanks to social media and the ongoing interest of the tech community.
