Coastal Properties Group International Promotes Myra Sload to President

Clearwater, FL , July 18, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Alex Jansen, Chairman & CEO of Coastal Properties Group International, announced that the company has promoted well-respected and seasoned real estate professional Myra Mueller Sload to President of the organization. 

Sload has been with Coastal Properties Group since 2013, most recently as Vice President of Operations. In this postion she was responsible for new business development, recruiting and training, and directing the operational functions of the company.

In her new role as President, Sload’s additional responsibilities will include strategic development, performance management, and setting financial strategies and monitoring the performance of the company’s various departments on a day to day basis.  

Mueller Sload’s impressive real estate career began in the Tampa Bay area in 1979. She has worked for such prestigious real estate firms as Park Place Associates, Merrill Lynch Realty, Prudential Florida Realty, Arvida Realty Services and Coldwell Banker. She served as the Regional President for Arvida in the Tampa Bay area where she was responsible for twenty seven offices spanning five counties. Prior to that, she was the branch manager of the company’s most profitable sales office in Boca Raton for thirteen years.
