Coastal Properties Group International Announces Bill Knepper Has Joined the Brokerage

Online, March 9, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Coastal Properties Group International, the exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate in Tampa Bay, has announced that Bill Knepper has joined the brokerage firm as a real estate advisor and VP/Broker Associate.

Prior to joining Coastal, Bill was a VP-Broker Associate with Prudential Tropical Realty for more than five years. During his tenure at Prudential, he consistently ranked in the Top 5% of Advisors. Bill has been selling Real Estate along the Gulf Beaches and Downtown St Petersburg area for over ten years and has held a Real Estate License in excess of 20 years.

Bill spent over 25 years working in the Automotive Industry prior to becoming a real estate professional. He worked in Sales & Marketing for Ford Motor Company, American Isuzu Motors, and Budget Rent a Car receiving Top Honors throughout his career due to his keen focus on his clients.

Growing up in Western Pennsylvania, Bill attended Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Subsequently, he obtained a MBA from Cal Poly in Pomona, CA.

During his corporate career, Bill participated in many top tier training programs which have enhanced his Sales and Marketing capabilities.
Bill and his wife Venisha are longtime residents of Vina Del Mar on St Pete Beach. Both are active members of their Community.
