CMC Properties Enhance 'The Perfect Small Office' to Now Include IT Development Services Through New Onsite Partnership with ABS, LLC

CMC Properties, known as 'The Perfect Small Office' to over 1000 small businesses regionally, has formed a strategic partnership with ABS LLC, one of their tenants and clients in the Mason location.

CMC hired ABS to service some of their own IT needs, and the job done provided the inspiration for expanded client/tenant services at all 8 of their developments. CMC strives to continuously improve support and onsite concierge type services at all office locations, flex showrooms, and office/ flex warehouse locations, and after experiencing ABS's service first-hand, IT services was the next logical step in services to provide.

"We take a keen interest in the success of each of our client/ tenants. We want to be an active part of their company's success and growth. After surveying our tenants to purposefully be able to swiftly and powerfully help meet their operating needs, it was readily apparent that effective and affordable IT solutions are high priorities.
