Clean Design Wins 2014 Print Regional Design Annual
Raleigh, NC, November 19, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Award-winning brand agency, Clean Design, today announced it has been named a winner of the 2014 Print Regional Design Annual in two categories. The agency has been recognized in the South region for both the 2013 Carolina Ballet campaign and Book Harvest's logo.
For Carolina Ballet's 2013 advertising campaign, Clean Design took the season's iconic performances – including Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Romeo and Juliet, Vivaldi's Four Seasons, Messiah, and Balanchine's Rubies – and stripped them down to be represented by one illustrated element, accompanied by simplified taglines. Clean Design also rebranded Book Harvest, a non-profit that stocks public bookshelves at locations serving low-income families with free, age-appropriate books that children are encouraged to keep. The agency designed a logo for the organization that demonstrates the importance of cultivating readers. To see the Book Harvest logo, visit http://cleandesign.com/projects/book-harvest/.
"To receive national attention appropriately reflects the talent and continued growth of Clean Design," said Scott Scaggs, Clean Design's creative director. "Both the Carolina Ballet campaign and the Harvest Book logo are great examples of the creative work we provide for our clients, and we look forward to further-expanding our award recognition."
The Print Regional Design Annual, now in its 34th year, is regarded as one of the most revered U.S.-based graphic design competitions broken down by geographical region. Winners were selected from the nearly 4,000 submissions nationwide. To learn more about Print Regional Design Annual, visit http://regionaldesignannual.printmag.com.
