Dubai, September 17, 2015 (Newswire.com) - MobileMill is the latest groundbreaking SolarMill technology to be introduced by CITC, the leading international logistics services provider which operates in Dubai as well.
MobileMill is the ideal solution for power issues, as it has the ability to generate 24 hours of clean power and 12 hours of autonomous power on demand. Constructed with stainless steel and aluminum, it has customisable blade colours, outtriggers for levelling and a turbine rack which is isolated from any vibration.
This mobile power system is highly energy efficient and can be deployed rapidly as and when needed and has more than 90 power outlets. It’s virtually silent during operation and is climate controlled. It has four workstations with task lighting and can be deployed through a single operator system.
MobileMill has a dynamic energy management system, with optimised battery life. Inverter technology is responsible for heating and cooling and vented equipment cabinets also contribute to the process. Extruded polystyrene provides insulation and energy efficient LED lighting is used in the system.
An advantage of this technology is that it not only uses the solar wind power system, but it’s designed for semi-autonomous and autonomous use as well through the management and integration of wind, solar, fuel and energy storage systems. The bias systems which can be programmed and the intelligent multi-source power selection will provide continuous power as required based on the client’s requirements based on demand, resource, efficiency, etc.
The system is integrated with a PLC system for automated deployment, stowage and adjustment for resource optimisation. It will be a single operator system to reduce the dependency on manpower during set-up and operations. The storage system can be charged during transportation or from the grid if stored inside a building, which allows immediate operations once in the field. MobileMill will reduce dependency on gas or diesel generators for back-up. It will prioritise renewable energy collection for field operations and will provide uninterrupted power regardless of the source.
