Circle + Bloom Announces New Addition To Fertility Product Line - A Program To Help Bring The Romance Back To Baby-Making

Circle + Bloom, women's health mind-body publisher, and Being Shameless founder Sex Educator and Author Pamela Madsen produce a ground-breaking series to help women reclaim their sexuality

Circle + Bloom and Being Shameless, LLC today announced the launch of a unique audio mind-body program designed to help couples who are trying to conceive and have lost some of the romance and fun of baby-making.

The program is a four session series to help a woman engage her mind and body and learn relaxation techniques, present-moment awareness, and strengthening feelings of connection with one's partner. The program uses mind-body visualization exercises to help reconnect with the pleasure side of trying to get pregnant. The program has been designed to help not only with the couples relationship, but ultimately with the women's fertility as feeling pleasure is such a wonderful way to reduce the harmful effects of stress, often found prevalent in women who are trying to conceive without success.

Joanne Verkuilen, Founder of Circle + Bloom says, "Our customers have been asking for a program to help remove the fire-drill sergeant approach to baby-making sex, and we are delighted to have been able to create a program with Pamela Madsen, sex educator and fertility advocate to help with just that. Having been a fertility advocate for 20 years, Pamela was the perfect choice for a partner. This is the first-of-its kind program, and we are delighted yet again to strike new ground."

The program uses the same scientific approach to guided visualization as was used for Circle + Bloom's other fertility, pregnancy and PCOS programs. The guided imagery or guided visualization programs developed by Circle + Bloom include a progressive body scan, along with specific physical visualizations inside the body, leveraging the mind-body connection as well as strengthening feelings of control.

Circle + Bloom also offers a free mind-body audio seminar to help women educate themselves regarding how the mind-body connection works and how they can begin to incorporate it into their daily lives. There is extensive research that shows the power of visualization, along with the brain-body connection, can play a key role in health, including reproductive health.
