A Realtor since 1989 in San Francisco, California, Esselburn moved to Venice, Florida, in 2003. She is active in the Venice Area Board of Realtors, serving as President in 2015 and Immediate Past President in 2016. She holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designations.

Price is a veteran sales professional of 30 years, demonstrating strong negotiation skills. She relocated to Venice from San Francisco, California, in 2010. It was here that she joined one of the largest manufactured home developers and served as the Sales Manager for Bay Indies Resort. She sold 115 homes in her first year.

Fortes moved to Venice in 2011 and worked with the City of Venice, gaining insight into the Venice housing market and area amenities. A New Jersey native, he lived in Portugal for 10 years, and speaks both Portuguese and Spanish.
