In Community Management Solutions' latest 2010 Board Satisfaction Survey results, 95% of responding Board Members communicated they would refer Community Management Solutions to friends and families. The survey was distributed to every board member for every community that CMS manages, and 2/3 or all Board Members took the time to give their valuable feedback.

I addition, when asked about the value received from Community Management Solutions in key areas (Community Manager, Customer Service Staff, Maintenance Staff, Property Inspections, Community Website, Online AP Invoice Approval, and Financial Reports) nearly 90% of Board Members received Good to Great Value, with only 10% total receiving either Some, Little, or No Value.

Finally, Board Members were asked wheter CMS was Exceeding, Meeting, or Not Meeting their Expections in 11 different categories. Nearly 95% of those responding indicated Community Management Solutions was either Meeting or Exceeding their Expectations, with over 27% of Board Members selecting Exceeding Expectations!
