CIIT's Impressive Video Launch at Graphika Manila

Graphika Manila is hailed as one of the most influential multimedia events in the Philippines. It is the largest gathering of designers here and abroad that aims to highlight inspiring stories of ingenuity and creativity.

CIIT College of Arts and Technology has celebrated the wonders of multimedia and digital arts at the recently concluded 9th Graphika Manila at the SMX Convention Center at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay last February 1.

Graphika Manila is hailed as one of the most influential multimedia events in the Philippines. It is the largest gathering of designers here and abroad that aims to highlight inspiring stories of ingenuity and creativity. Since its inception in 2006, it has attracted more than 16,000 design students and professionals, who are seeking to develop and refine their skills in different fields of digital and multimedia arts. This year's event was participated by some of the most world-renowned artists including Jessica Hishe, Ash Thorp, Sara Blake, Dvein, The Mill, and Isabel Gatuslao.

Indeed, the conference was a goldmine of useful tips for both aspiring and seasoned artists. Each speaker shared their own pieces of advice among participants who want to advance in finding their niche in the vast world of art and design.

CIIT: Where Imagination is Better than Knowledge

Stirred with its commitment to enhance the quality of multimedia arts and IT learning in the country, CIIT, a premiere multimedia and digital arts school in the Philippines has launched a video entitled "Faces" at the recently held Graphika Manila event. The audio-visual presentation highlighted the culture and different facets of CIIT as a learning institution.

Established in 2008, CIIT is a private university that aims to provide updated, industry-focused, relevant, and affordable Multimedia Arts and Information Technology education among Filipino students. Its mission of providing a world-class education has been apparent in the five-minute video presentation that showcases the faculty and students' camaraderie, talents, dreams, and shared passion for the arts.

The video presentation tackled what it is like to be a student of CIIT. It gives the audience a glimpse of equally talented individuals united by their passion for technology and the arts. It showcased how the institution, together with its faculty and staff give importance to students' unique sets of skills and talents. Apart from its state-of-the-art facilities and beautiful works, CIIT is also equipped with industry-relevant curriculum and highly-skilled instructors that help hone the students' talent and skills in becoming a successful artist and designer in the future.

According to Neil Dagondon, CIIT founder and president, imagination is better than knowledge. Thus, he encourages students to regard art as a tool in turning interests into lifelong careers. In doing this, he affirms that CIIT will help broaden their knowledge in multimedia in a world-class approach.
