Chrystal Callahan Hosts New Travel Show in Chechnya

Maverick model, Chrystal Callahan, will host a new TV program called "Road Trip Chechnya" every Sunday at prime time. Her program is broadcast on Grozny TV via satellite across the globe.

Online, July 17, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Callahan states, "The purpose of this show is to highlight the beautiful landscape and historic landmarks of Chechnya". This is a new endeavor proposed by the director of Grozny TV, Said-Sellim Abdulmuslimov.

In the first episode of "Road Trip Chechnya", Chrystal travels to the mountainous Vedeno region of Chechnya to visit Lake Kazenoi. Her mood is upbeat while she meets locals along the way and stops to chat.
President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, hopes to make the Russian republic a tourist destination in the near future and Chrystal Callahan seems happy to be the PR front man for this undertaking.

Whether or not Chechnya will become the bustling tourist destination remains to be seen.
