Christie Realigns Global Sales with Appointments: Executive VPs and Vice Presidents Named
New York City, August 1, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Christie®, the global leader in helping customers create the world’s best shared experiences, today announced several senior sales and business development management appointments.
Dale Miller is promoted to executive vice president, Global Sales for Christie, reporting to Christie CEO Jack Kline. Miller is responsible for overall sales strategy and execution across the Americas, Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Miller has been with Christie for 24 years and was most recently vice president, EMEA.
Reporting to Miller will be Zoran Veselic, who, in the new position of vice president, Global Systems Accounts, will maximize customer satisfaction by growing Christie’s system sales capabilities and best utilizing the company’s extensive field engineering and professional services’ resources for all of Christie’s product lines. Veselic was most recently vice president, Visual Environments, encompassing visualization and simulation solutions at Christie.
Furthermore, Simon Smith is promoted to vice president, Sales, for Europe, Middle East and Africa, which includes Christie outreach in 41 countries out of eight offices. Jeff Klaas assumes the role of vice president, the Americas, comprising the United States, Canada and Latin America (Mexico, the Caribbean and South America).
Continuing her success as vice president, Sales, for Asia Pacific, Lin Yu will also report to Miller.As well, Craig Sholder, most recently Christie’s vice president of Entertainment Solutions, is promoted to executive vice president, Business Development, with a focus on identification and development of existing and emerging growth opportunities. Sholder will work closely with the sales team, to continue to execute plans, as well as with strategic partners in new markets and verticals that deliver customer-focused, long-term value to Christie’s worldwide installed base.
