Chris comes to Recruiter.com most recently from ExecuNet, a leading interactive executive network and exchange, where he was the Chief Recruiting Solutions Officer and General Manager. At ExecuNet, he helped drive their line of business which enables talent acquisition professionals, primarily retained recruiters, to identify and directly connect with top qualified, relevant, and senior business leaders within the private network for their open leadership roles.

Prior to ExecuNet, Chris was a senior executive at BountyJobs, a leading recruitment marketplace, where he was Vice President of Sales. At BountyJobs, he infused rapid growth and development, successfully working with both corporate and recruiting clients from the largest of the Fortune 500 organizations as well as thousands of small, medium and start-up companies. Chris built and developed a top performing sales and client services team and led the company to consecutive years of strong growth including being named to the Inc. 500/5000 Fastest Growing Companies three consecutive years under his leadership.

Earlier in his career, Chris held key sales leadership and marketing roles at Industry leading Fortune 500 corporations such as Covidien/Tyco, Medtronic, GE and Harris/Lanier. In these roles, he consistently delivered positive results, drove multi-million dollar revenue increases, and created successful, top-performing sales teams. Chris received his BS in Marketing and Management at Siena College in Loudonville, NY and currently resides with his family in Connecticut.
