China Commodity Exchange Welcomes Chih Meng as Head of Sales

Beijing, China, March 17, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Mr. Chih Meng will be responsible for engaging with current and prospective customers of the CHCEX's market, and ensuring that new product initiatives are made available to the widest possible audience. Chih will manage a team of experienced sales professionals, combining strong knowledge of the commodities industry, the fund investment market and the exchange space.

Chih joins from a top commodities trading firm, where he was Head of European Agency Sales and responsible for business development across agency trading and trade processing. Chih previously held the position of Managing Director of Product Strategy at a top clearing house, and prior to this he gained substantial exchange experience during his 18 years spent in Europe at different commodity exchanges. His most productive role was as Executive Director and Head of Fixed Income Derivatives.

Chih will join the CHCEX’s Executive Committee, and will report to CHCEX Head of Business Development, Ruan Wei Xinxin.

Chih will join the CHCEX on the first day of the next month.
