CEO Magazine - The Spring Edition
Online, May 14, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The quarterly publication, which has a focus on business management, entrepreneurship and higher education, discusses the challenges that lie ahead for the 'veteran insider', Satya Nadella, who has been with Microsoft for 22 years.
The latest issue of CEO Magazine also contains its Global MBA and EMBA Ranking Tables, as well as European, North American and Australian results. The business schools that feature in the tables were assessed on metrics including class size, student-faculty interaction, faculty experience and international diversity.
CEO Magazine's founder, Victor Callender, explains that "bigger is not always better, and our aim is to highlight those schools that offer exceptional value, and to broaden the choice for our readers when facing the important decision of where to study their MBA."
The spring issue also includes Goodread's 10 business reads for students and entrepreneurs, tips on overcoming the midday slump and advice for doing business abroad.
The title's summer issue will be released at the end of July, and will feature a Doctorate of Business Administration review for the first time.
"The decision to take a closer look at the DBA has been in response to market and reader interest," says CEO Magazine's Editor, Alexandra Skinner. She goes on to explain that, "A DBA is a fantastic option for executives who wish to undertake a research doctorate with more of a business-analysis and cross-disciplinary focus than an PhD, whist still maintaining the same rigour. We look forward to showcasing this offering to our readers."
