Century Properties Group Bares Condominium for Low to Middle-Income Market

Online, November 15, 2011 (Newswire.com) - This is the first time the renowned company will develop a mid-rise project following series of their latest high-rise projects like the Azure Urban Resort Residences, Acqua Private Residences, Milano Residences and Trump Tower Manila.

Century Properties had previously launched Azure Urban Resort Residences, a beach resort condominium to which Paris Hilton was involved with. The firm also started selling units of the country's first residential Eden Acqua Private Residences located directly across Rockwell Center in Makati.

According to Century Properties chairman and founder Jose Antonio, this housing project will be located at the back of Ever Gotesco Mall which is a four-hectare property in Commonwealth, Quezon City. The projects is scheduled to launched before the end of the year.

Housing units will be sold in a very affordable price range of Php 1.5 million t0 Php 3 million. These mid-rise buildings will have less than 10 stories. We expect more affordable projects from Century Properties since acquiring more land for affordable communities is already on consideration. Century Properties is known for their high-rise projects and going to mid-rise condo will expand their target market to unlimited potential.
