Mannie Rodriguez Will Recruit and Train Real Estate Agents for the Brokerage's Northern New Jersey Offices
CALDWELL, N.J., August 26, 2022 (Newswire.com) - John Sass, broker-owner of CENTURY 21 Cedarcrest Realty, Inc., has announced that Manuela "Mannie" Rodriguez has joined the Cedarcrest Realty team as its director of growth and career development. In her role, Rodriguez will recruit new real estate agents, and oversee their training and professional development for the real estate brokerage. Cedarcrest Realty has offices in Caldwell and Little Falls.
Rodriguez is a Cedar Grove resident with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate as an agent, trainer, recruiter and office manager, with prior experience in college admissions. She has developed coaching programs and one-on-one training for real estate agents, created programs to elevate performance standards and team productivity, and has a proven track record of increasing sales revenue and client acquisition.
