Online, February 29, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Cejka Executive Search has announced that Ben H. Brouhard, MD, has joined the Cejka Executive Search team as Senior Vice President, Senior Search Consultant. Dr. Brouhard's extensive experience and insight will enhance the firm's capabilities in executive search for academic medical centers, integrated delivery systems and other health care organizations.

Dr. Brouhard has served in top leadership positions including as the Chair of the Department of Pediatrics and as the Executive Vice President of Medical Affairs for The MetroHealth System, an academic health care system in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Brouhard was also a tenured professor with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Earlier in his career he spent nearly ten years, respectively, with the Cleveland Clinic and the University of Texas Medical Branch.

He is a member of the American College of Physician Executives (ACPE); he recently served as a panelist on the Leadership Rountable at the ACPE Fall Institute and will be a featured speaker at the ACPE Spring Institute on April 29, 2012.
