CCFA Kentucky- Motorcycle Benefit Ride
Online, September 7, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The inaugural "Ride Your Guts Out" event will be on Saturday October 1st (with a rain date of Saturday October 8th). All proceeds raised will benefit the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America.
The benefit ride will take throughout Southern Indiana starting at S&S Powerpoints in Clarksville, Indiana and ending at Pirates Cove in Charlestown, Indiana. The ride will begin at 1:00p with Registration & Check-In at 12:00p. The 106 mile ride will take us through Scottsburg, North Vernon and Hanover Indiana with Live Music, great food, prizes and silent auction at Pirates Cove.

The Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease & ulcerative colitis. CCFA sponsors basic and clinical research of the highest quality. The foundation also offers a wide range of educational programs for patients & health-care professionals, and provides supportive services to help people cope with these chronic intestinal diseases. These programs are supported solely by contributions from the public.
The Kentucky Chapter which includes Southern Indiana will benefit from this event. This will allow the Chapter to continue growing while providing supportive services to patients and their families. Services to include, "Comfort for Crohn's and Colitis", monthly support groups, educational programs and patient Support Packets for newly diagnosed patients.
