Ccaps and LinkedIn win the Customer Experience Recognition Award 2014
San Jose, California , October 24, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Ccaps Translation & Localization, a leading language service provider built to support the language needs of European and North American IT companies growing in Latin America, was awarded with the Customer Experience Recognition Award (CERA) 2014 in the Translation/Localization category. The CERAs recognition ceremony took place today at the Hilton DoubleTree in San Jose, CA.
Developed in conjunction with Information Development World, the Customer Experience Recognition Awards (CERAs) recognizes outstanding contributions to the customer experience made by content developers in any industry. Submissions were judged on criteria that focus on delivery of exceptional content-driven customer experiences for internal and/or external customers.
The project submitted for appreciation was called “The Brazilian Link.” It detailed the language and management services provided by Ccaps to support LinkedIn’s growth in Brazil. Representing Ccaps at the CERA 2014 ceremony was Senior Language Manager Regina Monteiro. “The flexibility to adjust to LinkedIn’s needs, the responsiveness of the team and the transparency that permeated the relationship for the past four years has made Ccaps one of the preferred language service providers for the company,” said Monteiro. “Back in 2012 we had about 7 million members in Brazil; today, we are 15 million members. Without their support, we could not have grown as we did.”
A panel of judges representing technical communications, content strategy, customer experience management, marketing, and product management reviewed qualified submissions and determined the honorees. The panel was formed by Rahel Anne Bailie, Founder and Senior Content Strategy Consultant at Intentional Design; Vici Koster-Lenhardt, Global Employment Advisor - Europe Region at the U.S. Department of State; Tina Lannin, Founder at 121 Captions; Sarah O’Keefe, President at Scriptorium Publishing; Nilesh Panicker, Sr. Manager at Cisco Systems; Paul Perrotta, Senior Director at Juniper Networks; Robert Rose, Chief Strategy Officer at the Content Marketing Institute; Jeff Scattini, Senior Technical Writer at Opower; Steve Walker, Senior Director at Experis.
“We are extremely excited with the award as it recognizes the commitment we have with our customers since the company’s foundation 15 years ago,” said Fabiano Cid, Ccaps Managing Director. “Being judged by a panel of this caliber and awarded for a successful project we completed for one of our preferred customers is even more reason to celebrate.”
