Houston, TX, January 14, 2016 (Newswire.com) - CB BioSciences announces that the company Board of Directors and shareholders have approved a name change to Ango World Holdings Inc. Additionally, the new trading symbol has been changed to AWHI. Ango World Holdings has a new management team and Board of Directors.
The company plans to introduce its new business direction in the first quarter of 2016.
Commenting on the direction of the company through 2016, newly appointed CEO John C. Carson states, "We are pursuing a new business strategy that fully utilizes the business experience of our Directors and our management team.
