26th April 2010, Corporate House, Indore, M.P, India: CapitalVia Ended the Financial Year 2009-10 in a Style. After whole year of hard work and efforts it was some time for the CVians to rock the floor. The occasion was the Annual General Meet of the Company and each and every person enjoyed and lived the moments to the core. The AGM took place at Mashal Resorts on 10th and 11th April. It consisted of lots of fun and enjoyment for each and every CVian. Last year's success was celebrated and new goals and targets were set to achieve in the coming Financial year.

The day was filled with lots of games (Treasure Hunt, Musical Chair etc) in which all participated with full zeal. The winners were given away prizes for their success. The outdoor games were followed by a delicious lunch and then all moved away to their alloted rooms in the resort to get ready for the Meet. The dress codes for ladies and gentlemen were Saree and Coat/ Blazer respectively. In the meet the last years performance was presented before everyone and performance awards were given to the performers. Then began the annual bash in which there were dances, songs, musical performances and whole lot of presentations which filled the heart of each and every person with utmost joy and fun.

After the Stage performances the DJ started playing and everyone started dancing on the music played by him. Meanwhile dinner was served and people were finding it difficult to decide whether they should eat or dance on the music of the DJ. Late night after everything was over a camp fire was arranged where people played some song games.

The next morning was meant for the poolside fun and all CVians participated in it and played volleyball and swam a lot in the pool. After having breakfast it was the time for the bus to return back to Indore and soon everyone reached their homes thinking that they will rock in the next year's bash more than this.
