BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz., September 21, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Thomas G. Dallman, MD, LLC, a long-time physician practice in Bullhead City, today announced that it has been acquired by Canyon Home Care & Hospice, a leading home health and hospice provider in the Intermountain West.
The Bullhead City-based internal medicine practice has been providing comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and ongoing quality medical care for patients in the area for over 30 years. All of the clinicians and employees at Thomas G. Dallman, MD, LLC will be joining Canyon Home Care & Hospice's 1,000 clinicians and staff in Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Arizona and Nevada with a network of 15 home health and hospice offices, seven pharmacies, a nurse practitioner practice and three durable medical equipment locations.
