Cannabis Education Leader United Patients Group Partners With Founder of the Don't Punish Pain Rally Organization to Launch the 'Don't Punish Pain' Podcast
SAN FRANCISCO, July 6, 2021 (Newswire.com) - United Patients Group is excited to announce their new podcast, Don't Punish Pain with Claudia, who is the Founder of the Don't Punish Pain Rally Organization. Suffering from Crohn's Disease since childhood, Claudia Merandi is a fierce advocate for patients in pain who need adequate opioid medication to live. Additionally, Claudia is a staunch change agent at the local, state, and national levels. This change includes law creation, and her bill protecting both the chronic pain patient's right to pain management and their doctors who prescribe was passed unanimously by Rhode Island's House and Senate. It was signed into law by Gov. Daniel McKee (D) on June 4, 2021.
In the podcast, Claudia will give listeners a front-row seat to the national pain epidemic currently raging throughout the United States.
