Chapplain then got into modeling at 16, doing an array of runway work in Toronto and Montreal, gaining an unprecedented amount of experience, and learning from multiple fashion icons.

Years after leaving the world of fashion she still had a yearning for design. Chapplain first opened her fashion design store two years ago. Through blood, sweat, and many tears she gained ground becoming a huge success and well-known in the Toronto Community. However, life has a way of pushing things back and testing us. Not long after the launch of her business her husband became ill.  One year, four hospitals and a stem cell transplant forced Chapplain to focus on what really matters most in life...her family. 

Throughout all of that, she never lost her hunger or her desire to create and design. Fortunately, her husband recovered, allowing Chapplain to reignite the fire that she felt for her business.
