Typically an investor will invest $500,000 and companies like AGRARC that  will create 10 full time positions for American workers. Andre Hurst has built one skilled nursing facility in Hilo, Hawaii and currently has one under construction in Maui, Hawaii. Mr. Hurst is looking at building 14 additional facilities in the San Diego area. Communities like Encinitas, Vista, Carslbad, San Diego, and Oceanside are all high demand cities that encourage business growth and job creating opportunities.
