Brighton and Hove Rotaract club

Club for 18-30 years in Brighton and Hove, meeting at the Hove club

Rotaract is an opportunity to be part of a fun, dynamic and unique International organisation for people aged 18-30, offering a wide range of activities that will enable members to try something new, whilst having a great time and meeting others.

Rotaract offers a wide choice of social activities, actively supports your local community, raises money for charity and gives you the opportunity to develop your personal skills and gain new life experiences in the UK and abroad.

There are about 100 clubs in Great Britain and Ireland, and more than 7,600 in 158 countires around the world. Each club organises its own social activities, which could just be a trip down the pub, ten-pin bowling, or maybe a meal, a theatre trip, or even a holiday abroad.

Rotaractors also make a difference in their local community, including raising funds for charities, and activities such as gardening, marshalling or helping the elderly.

In many of the larger districts, joint events are held with other neighbouring clubs most weekends. This can be a theme disco, a quiz night or a dinner dance. Some national Rotaract events are also organised. There are currently about 3,000 Rotaractors in Great Britain and Ireland, giving you the opportunity to meet lots of new people.

The next rotaract meeting will be held on Tuesday 21st September, at The Hove Club, Fourth Avenue, Hove at 7.30. We will then hold meetings every other week. the next meeting will be a chance to discuss which charity we are supporting for the year and also discuss ideas for events that we can organise to raise money.
