BRICS Summit: China Boosts Ties with India
Online, April 25, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Chinese President Hu Jintao, Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and South African President Jacob Zuma arrived in New Delhi Wednesday for a summit meeting BRICS.
With the theme of "BRICS Partnership for Global Stability, Security and Prosperity," the leaders deeply discussed topics ranging from political, economic and social issues to mutual and international interest, including sustainable development and cooperation among BRICS members.
After the summit, the cooperation, consultation and coordination among the BRICS countries have been strongly strengthened. "Exchanges and cooperation between China and India have seen remarkable progress in recent years and China is satisfied with the current growth of bilateral relations," said Luo Zhaohui, director-general of the department of Asian affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Recently, the infrastructure construction in India is in full swing, according to Zhengzhou Dingsheng, the number of customers from India keeps a steady increase. DSMAC crushers, mobile crushing plant, feeder, screener and ball grinding mill sold like hot cakes.
There is enough space in the world for India and China to grow and work together. President Hu says to further cooperate with the BRICS members, China can focus on two aspects: first, under the principles of practical and highly effective, to enhance the solid base and grasp realistically the current content of cooperation then to build a brand project. Second, based on the BRIC economic and social development needs, to explore new areas of cooperation, tap potential for cooperation, and reinvigorate the BRIC cooperation mechanism.
China's involvement in India's construction and infrastructure sectors has proved most effective in building relations with India government-increasing influence and expanding access to nature resource on the continent. Chinese main crusher company, DSMAC for example, is making strategic inroads into the construction and infrastructure sectors.
