Borland Capital Partners Launches Open-End Real Estate Income Fund
Livonia, MI , January 14, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Borland Capital Partners launched its new open-end real estate income fund. The fund, which was formed by The Borland Group, Michigan’s largest residential real estate investor, is now selling shares in its first round of funding. The Borland Group will manage the fund. The goal of the fund is to see long term total return by investing in a broad range of real estate assets.

As its core business grew, The Borland Group received numerous requests from family offices and institutional money managers to get the opportunity to invest alongside an industry leader. Borland Capital Partners plans to raise up to $28 million in its first round, which closes on April 1, 2016. Today, the fund is accepting investments from qualified investors and institutions.
