Denver-based Bonfire is proud to announce the appointment of Bob Brenner as Vice President of Business Development.

"Bob will be a fantastic addition to our team, and we're thrilled to have him lead our business development efforts," said Brian Hollister, CEO and Founder of Bonfire. "His diverse experience with both lit services and infrastructure buildouts will be an asset to the communities we serve."

As VP of Business Development, Brenner will be responsible for generating new business in both the public and private sectors; fostering new client relationships; and supporting Bonfire's current portfolio of clients.

"I am looking forward to building long-term relationships with customers and partners, better learn their pain points, and learn how Bonfire can help support their broadband goals," says Brenner. "I am honored to be part of a team that has helped shape broadband networks across the country and is ushering in a new era of connectivity for underserved communities."

Brenner has over 20 years of experience in the US telecom industry working on last mile, middle mile, long-haul fiber, and wireless networks. He also has significant experience in government-funded networks including education and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Bonfire, Brenner held leadership positions at The Mears Group, Henkels & McCoy, Adesta (a G4S Technology company), Level 3 Communications, Qwest Communications, ICG Communications, and U.S. West Communications.
