With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Smith has assisted clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense. Dr. Smith is a key member of trial teams, advising on themes and persuasive messaging, visual strategies, jury profiles, and witness preparation. She has worked on hundreds of matters in which she has conducted focus groups, mock trials, venue surveys, juror profiling studies, post-trial juror interviews, and trials across the country.
