Blackberry Printing App Available from Plus Technologies

Online, June 8, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Dayton, Ohio, Plus Technologies announces the availability of a new Blackberry Printing App. This Blackberry Printing Application is an extension of the OM Plus Print Release Application previously released by Plus Technologies. This application is targeted to 'enterprise' level print customers to streamline, enable user print mobility, reduce waste, and add security to print operations.

With the Blackberry Printing App enterprise users will print the way they normally do as the application will be transparent to end users. Print jobs will be held within the OM Plus Print Server. When the user is ready to print they will open the OM Plus Print App on their Blackberry device. This device will authenticate them without requiring user keystrokes and present the user a list of their print jobs. From the list presented, the user selects the print jobs to be released to the printer. The user then scans a Plus Technologies barcode fixed to the print device with their Blackberry and OM Plus sends the print job to the device.
