Black Book of Outsourcing has completed its first report of 2016. This year’s exhaustive survey has identified the best international vendors, within the Document Process Outsourcing (DPO) industry.
The past year has been a contradiction, seeing both a consolidation within the industry and new and identifiable streams of business growth. As document outsourcing has matured and become mainstream, the industry has been able to weather the uncertainty of financial markets and has seen an upswing in growth.
This year ten top vendors stand out among the world-class leaders and performers in the DPO industry.
The Black Book of Outsourcing annual survey poses 18 key performance indicators (KPIs) to the customers, clients and decision makers.
Black Book developed an index for determining the top vendors succeeding at delivering client experiences across the most demanded functions in the current DPO environment. The Black Book index is intended to reflect the highest customer satisfaction results in its user surveys. The index is designed for market buyers to compare outcomes and capabilities based on peer ratings and respective business needs. Among the respondents, 35 percent were practice administrators/financial officers, 44 percent were the practice's lead IT staff member/CIO.
