San Francisco, CA - March 24, 2014-- BizWorld.org, an international non-profit providing fun and engaging entrepreneurship programs for elementary and middle school children, will honor Qualcomm Incorporated's executive chairman of the board of directors, Dr. Paul E. Jacobs, at its annual Awards Dinner, April 10, 2014, at the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco. In addition, BizWorld.org will launch its BizMovie 2.0 program at the event.

Dr. Jacobs will be presented with BizWorld.org's Education Innovator Award for his long and rich history of supporting the advancement of education. For many years, Dr. Jacobs has invested his time and resources to inspire children and young adults with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) programs. As executive chairman of Qualcomm, Dr. Jacobs helps guide the development of new technologies and Qualcomm's long-term opportunities. A leader in the field of mobile communications for more than 25 years and a key architect of Qualcomm's strategic vision, Dr. Jacobs spearheaded Qualcomm's efforts to develop and commercialize mobile technology breakthroughs that have significantly contributed to the growth of both the company and the industry.

Since BizMovie's inception and use by thousands of students, the updated BizMovie 2.0 offers a more robust platform with added technology tips and extension activities.
