As with BeneTrac's flagship Platinum product, BeneTrac Gold gives HR managers, benefits administrators, and employees the ability to automatically add, update, and manage benefits information (within the context of a company's specific rule, plan, and rate guidelines) and offers administrative users a true picture of company benefits at any time.

Organizations using the more affordable Gold platform have access to an outside administrator feed that can be used in exchanging plan data and updates with carriers. Alternatively, users can opt to enroll manually, or via carrier web sites, or advance to BeneTrac Platinum for automatic, seamless data exchange.
