Basset Appoints A New Technical Trainer

Online, May 16, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Basset, a global provider of OSS/BSS solutions worldwide, strengthens its technical training department when welcoming Ylva Rothman to Basset. With Ylva's previous experience as technical trainer within Mediation, she will play an important part when building the technical training department even further. Ylva assumes the role as Technical Trainer and will be focusing on our RevUp Roaming solution.

Basset's Technical Training department offers customized courses that cater to customer-defined needs. The course catalogue includes specific training within the Interconnect, Roaming, Fraud management and Revenue Assurance domains as well as product training for all of Bassets' products. Basset's Technical Trainers can also help operators establish benchmarks as well as assisting with other business consulting services. Ylva will initially be focusing mainly on Basset's Roaming billing solution and mediation platform, but will subsequently hold courses within our other domains as well.

Ylva comes from Digital Route and a role as Project Manager and Technical Trainer. Ylva holds a Master of Science in Electronics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
