Mr. Mettee studied Engineering at Harford Community College and Civil Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. He has over 41 years of experience in land surveying, land development design, and project management. His experience includes surveys for topographic, boundary, as-built, construction, hydrographic, cadastal and geodetic services. He is extremely skilled in the performance of ALTA/CSM Land Title Surveys. He has prepared condominium plats, R/W plats, and easement documents for projects throughout the region. His experience also includes the preparation of construction drawings for site plans, grading, road and storm drain design, stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, as well as water and sanitary distribution systems.
