One-of-a-kind gastronomical experience will fund therapeutic music initiatives for special needs children across the United States. Who's who of DFW's chefs and restaurants to donate their time and talent at annual fine dining event. www.symphonyofchefs.com

The Dallas-based nonprofit KidLinks would like to invite foodies across the DFW area to its sixth annual “Symphony of Chefs” fine dining event on February 29, 2016 at the Dallas’ Hyatt Regency Hotel. Each year the event has sold out, providing funding of therapeutic music initiatives for critically ill and special needs children across North Texas and the United States. This year’s event will be like no other as we welcome Chef Dean Fearing to the culinary lineup.

Symphony of Chefs attendees will experience an evening of fine dining like no other, starting with a cocktail reception, followed by renowned area chefs preparing a four-course dinner tableside exclusively for a table of 10. The chefs will create their own menu, select complementing wines, and interact with table guests while preparing their gastronomical masterpiece. Event Co-Chairs are Bonnie and Nathan Shea, and Summer and Jeff Olmstead.

We are truly honored to have Chef Dean Fearing interested enough in our cause that he'd donate his time and talent to create a meal for one of our tables. He is known around the world as the 'Father of Southwestern Cuisine,' so to have him heading up our all-star lineup will be a thrill for everyone at the event."

Bonnie Shea, Co-Chair of the 2016 Symphony of Chefs
