Online, August 19, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Partflow.com, a new startup of an electronic components search engine is introducing its unique and innovative part searching e-commerce model to assist purchasers from OEM, EMS, distributors and brokers to search for electronic parts in an efficient manner through various quality types' categories.

The site offers an unprecedented feature that allows part searching to be carried out in categories - based on the types of accreditation, affiliation or certification that distributors hold.

For example, if users wish to purchase electronic components from Authorized Distributors with ECIA membership, they may click on the Category A hyperlink. This would lead them to Multiple Parts Search or BoM Upload feature; where they can copy & paste a part list or upload an Excel BoM, the site would then show results from only distributors who are ECIA members.

Users who find searching by only one category insufficient, could expand the search opportunity by opting for other categories with different quality types, for instance, Category C which enables them to search for parts from distributors with ECIA membership and AS9120 accreditation. In addition to multiple categories available for searching, Partflow also offer to create specifically designed categories based on users' requests.

Searches on the main page are free of charge. Members are privileged to more features like parts requirement posting, RFQ response viewing and etc. For time being, Partflow does not charge the membership fee until further notification.

OEM and EMS could enhance their searching standard by leveraging this feature. For instance, if a company wishes to procure parts from ECIA distributors (Authorized distributors) only, they may instruct their purchasers or brokers to use Partflow Category A only for parts searching. This would allow the company to offer the additional value to their customers and gain tremendous sales confidence.

Distributors for electronics components can list the inventory on Partflow for free. Partflow charge distributors when there are links sent from Parflow to the distributors' websites. At the moment, the fee is not charged until further notification.
