Avamere Family of Companies Announces Plans for Compliance Week

WILSONVILLE, Ore., October 31, 2019 (Newswire.com) - The Avamere Family of Companies, a group of companies providing healthcare services and senior living, is gearing up for Compliance Week Nov. 3-9, 2019. This week is dedicated to building awareness of guidelines and overall compliance culture that protects the company, its employees and those they serve.

The Avamere Family of Companies is kicking off Compliance Week with a video featuring some of the company’s compliance leaders as they act out what not to do when it comes to being compliant.

They’re also encouraging involvement throughout the entire company with a compliance hero contest, where employees will create their own “compliance hero” by dressing up as, crafting, or drawing their own hero for a chance to win a pizza party. People can follow these submissions by searching #AvamereComplies on Instagram or Twitter.

Employees can also recognize one another for outstanding dedication to company policies by nominating them as a compliance hero. Avamere will feature some of these nominations on their social media pages.

While the company is having fun recognizing compliance, they also take this time to remind employees what it means to be compliant. Employees will receive daily emails throughout Compliance Week with helpful tips and reminders about company guidelines, including their speak-up hotline and protecting patient information.
