Avamere at Seaside Hosts 3 Social Distance Summer Events
SEASIDE, Ore. , July 13, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Avamere at Seaside, an independent living and memory care community, is hosting three social distance summer events during COVID-19.
The team kicks off summertime with a Red, White, & Blue Veteran’s Car Wash on Saturday, July 18 from 1-3 p.m.
In appreciation to active duty military and veterans, Avamere at Seaside is hosting a free car wash and iced coffee event to thank these individuals for their generous service.
The team is hosting another event the following month, Dog Days of Summer Senior Pet Event. Locals or visitors can drive by Avamere at Seaside with their senior pet for a doggie bag full of homemade treats. While there, people can find out how their senior pet can help fellow senior pets in need of a home. This drive-thru event takes place Thursday, August 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Avamere at Seaside rounds out the summer with a Cruisin’ Classic Car Show on Thursday, September 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees can enjoy an old-fashioned malt shake as they cruise in and drive through their classic car show.

These events occur as Avamere at Seaside’s building renovation nears completion, including opening their new independent living wing, offering new features like a gym and theater room, as well as decorating with new furniture and art.
