Avamere at Roswell to Combine Independent and Assisted Living Campuses
Avamere working on a smooth transition assisting residents with relocation, whether in an Avamere facility or elsewhere
ROSWELL, N.M., September 4, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Avamere at Roswell, an independent living, assisted living, and memory care community, is relocating their independent living campus to join their assisted living and memory care campus.
The current independent living building on Kentucky Avenue in Roswell will close, a business decision made by Avamere’s partner company who owns the building.
Avamere staff are being proactive in assisting residents through this transition. They are offering a limited number of renovated apartments in their building on Pennsylvania Avenue to independent living residents and providing an incentive for moving to Avamere at Rio Rancho.
Residents received a 60-day notice September 4, 2019 with information on living options and assistance available with this changeover. The Avamere team plans to work diligently to assist their residents in finding new homes, whether it be with Avamere or elsewhere.
