Avamere at Bethany Director Joins Prestigious Program
WILSONVILLE, Ore., June 22, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Alex McVay, Executive Director at Avamere at Bethany, became a representative for Oregon for the Future Leaders Program from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).
The Future Leaders Program has been hosted by the AHCA/NCAL since 2004. They bring long-term care (LTC) professionals to an annual Future Leaders conference. By participating in this event, members of each Future Leaders class will be better prepared to serve in vital roles within AHCA/NCAL and on behalf of the entire profession. This year, the conference will be held in Washington, D.C. in October 2021.
McVay is honored to receive this distinguished recognition that commends his leadership efforts.
