Australian Accident Helpline Invites Law Firms to Join Their Panel

The national claims management company has announced the rollout of their No Win No No Fee 'No Dramas' campaign and is inviting lawyers who specialise in personal injury to join them.

Panel applications are now open for law firms to partner with the AAH in a collaborative initiative aimed at extending ethical no win no fee legal services to their clients.

Due to a growth in demand for its offering and changes in legislation, the need for Australian Accident Helpline's services from both claimants and law firms has grown exponentially.

If you share our values and mutual vision for redefining the personal injury landscape in Australia, we hope to hear from you.

Liam Millner, Managing Director

The recent changes in legislation have had huge impacts on the financial entitlements of both victims of no-fault accidents and the bottom lines of many law firms. Against this backdrop, it has become more critical to sort out the wheat from the chaff and lawyers must diversify or optimise accordingly to fit the everchanging landscape.

AAH provides an online avenue and a national helpline for injured parties to begin their journey towards compensation by evaluating its clients’ initial needs before referring their case to lawyers best suited to carry their claim forward.

Since launch, the company has experienced a steady increase in claimant enquiries consistent with the ambitious growth strategies set for 2019 and beyond.

Liam Millner, Australian Accident Helpline managing director, commented: “Since launching the helpline earlier this year, we have been inundated with inquiries from claimants seeking peace of mind and financial security. These people want to know that their issues are being taken care of by professionals so that they can focus on the healing process from traumatic, often life changing events.

“As part of our No Win No Fee 'No dramas' policy, we pride ourselves on offering clients a smooth path towards compensation. To keep maintaining these standards with the surging tide of ever increasing leads, it has become necessary to bring additional legal firms onboard to join our panel solicitors operating nationwide.”

Australian Accident Helpline conducts the initial evaluation of potential personal injury claims and then connects claimants to legal experts for further risk assessment.

The company covet panel solicitors who share their ethos of putting the claimant first, subscribing to the maxim that ‘a win for one is a win for all’.

“If you share our values and mutual vision for redefining the personal injury landscape in Australia, we hope to hear from you,” Mr Millner said.

Law firms located in all states and territories of Australia with an emphasis on clear and practical communication that prioritises the needs of the claimant are encouraged to apply.
