Campus Side Apartments, LLC is a family own business that has been providing quality off-campus housing since 2002. We expanded our vision to Augusta, GA in 2012 and we spent a full year to complete renovations.
Since we took over, we have improved ALL of the buildings and grounds. Renovations included: roofing, siding, Energy-efficient windows. We installed a perimeter fence with courtesy vehicle and pedestrian gates. New salt-water pool with quartz finish were completed along with other outdoor amenities. A Stylish clubhouse with an entertainment center, kitchenette, tiled floors and granite countertops, furnished with modern and artistic furniture, lending to a coffee house like atmosphere. In addition, a wireless network of computers, radios, and tv allow residents to control their entertainment from their own phones or computes in the clubhouse and the pool. An all Mac computer lab is well designed for the work and study needs of our residents. All of our apartments have being freshly painted and have new carpet and hardwoods floors. We also offer brand new furniture options.
